What We Do?

At Wave Technology Group we are expanding our Talent Acquisition function and looking for a bright, persistent, and experienced individual to join our team!

Our main tasks are to deliver on the ambitious growth demand of WTG and to keep up with the challenging Bulgarian IT market. You will have to collaborate extensively with various stakeholders like hiring managers, external partners, and clients, aiming at providing a consistently positive candidate management experience.

What You'll Do

 
  • Collaborate with the TA team to develop a robust recruiting pipeline for all open roles, ensuring alignment with the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to accurately determine staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Present the current company’s organization structure, projects, and technical focus to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Manage job postings on relevant job boards and websites, leveraging employer branding and messaging to attract top talent.
  • Develop market knowledge and target organizations for strategic recruiting efforts.
  • Utilize both reactive and proactive approaches during the sourcing process, leveraging various channels including local job boards, social media, and headhunting.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and suitable candidates, facilitating communication and feedback exchange.
  • Manage candidates within the recruitment process from preparation to offer negotiation, ensuring timely updates and feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current processes, policies, and procedures of the company, adhering to HR practices and labor legislation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System, maintaining a comprehensive record of candidate activity.
 

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruiting, with a strong understanding of technical job requirements.
  • Previous experience with consulting or professional services organizations is a plus.
  • Proficient in conducting virtual interviews through various platforms.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive decision-making processes.
  •  Proficiency in Excel, report creating and charts.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Personable, empathetic, and articulate, with a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
